Six-Month Grant Follow-up Summary from Lakeview Village
Foundation
Project:
Renovation of the 4th and remaining bathing
room in Centerpointe Care Center, Lakeview Village’s
24-hour skilled nursing facility. Thank you for helping
us transform our fourth bathing spa into a more
home-like and comfortable setting for those we serve.
Tiles, lighting, walls and overall décor were replaced
and offer a more comfortable, spacious, home-like
